Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired.
All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused and returned within 14 days of delivery. All claims are covered on a back-to-base warranty basis.
To organise a return please email info@yoursalonsupplies.com.au and include the following:
-Name
-Contact Number
-Invoice No.
-Product Name/ Model
-Description of Fault
It is the customer’s responsibility to return any items that Your Salon Supplies deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. The customer will be responsible for any return costs. Your Salon Supplies takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, we suggest that you send them via registered post.
Our team will inspect the returned item and process your refund via original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: CLIPPERS & TRIMMERS
Each clipper and trimmer is quality tested and oiled from manufacturer before being sent to wholesalers. Due to this, you may notice when you first receive your new clipper or trimmer that it has been oiled and there may be traces of fine fibres on the blades. Each clipper/ Trimmer is brand new, unused and unopened.
WE DO NOT sell used clippers or trimmers.
